TCS A/C and Heat has serviced Montgomery County since 1991, family-owned the whole way. NATE-certified technicians work on every brand we install, and TCS is a Trane Comfort Specialist and factory authorized dealer. We also serve Magnolia, Montgomery, Spring, Tomball, Willis and The Woodlands, plus parts of Harris, Waller and Walker counties.

The core three
Station 01
Same-day repair on scheduled calls, and replacements sized by a real load calculation rather than by matching whatever equipment was already there. Every install is inspected by a field supervisor before the job is signed off, and repairs and installs are backed by a two-year labor warranty.
Air Conditioning details
Station 02
Furnace repair and replacement across Montgomery County, including the attic installs most Conroe houses were built around. NATE-certified technicians train on the equipment they service, from ducted systems to ductless heating.

Station 03
A 21-point safety inspection, priority service, 10% off parts and discounted labor rates, plus $100 toward equipment replacement for every consecutive year the agreement stays active, up to a maximum of $500 (restrictions apply).

Every service, same terms
TCS matches any local competitor's price for the same or better equipment, offers a 10% discount on service repairs for military, seniors and emergency personnel, and finances installs through Wells Fargo, subject to approved credit. If we do not arrive when we say we will, your repair is free.
