When ductless is the answer, and when it isn't
A ductless mini-split shares a lot with a heat pump, both move heat rather than burn fuel, and TCS's technicians are trained on both. The same logic scales up on commercial jobs, where a single leased office or a room addition doesn't justify extending a building's whole duct system. Once it's installed, a ductless system still benefits from a maintenance agreement the same way a central system does.
