INDOOR AIR QUALITY
Indoor Air Quality Solutions in Conroe, TX
Filtration and purification built into the return duct itself, not a box that sits in a room.
Filtering the air the whole house breathes
A standard filter is designed to protect the equipment, not the air in the house, which is why TCS installs media air cleaners between the main return duct and the blower cabinet. Positioned there, a media filter improves dust and particle removal up to seven times that of a standard filter, and a pleated media filter goes further again. Duct sealing is the other half of the job: leaks in the return side of the system pull unfiltered air, dust and attic air straight into the house no matter how good the filter itself is, so TCS checks and seals ductwork as part of the same visit.
Who this usually helps
Households dealing with dust buildup, allergy symptoms that seem tied to the house rather than the season, or rooms that never quite match the thermostat setting are the most common calls for a filtration or duct sealing project, and the estimate for either is free.
TCS A/C and Heat's NATE-certified technicians install filtration equipment on any brand of system already in the house. Call (936) 247-0567.

Air quality and the rest of the system
A media air cleaner only works as well as the system pulling air through it, which is why filtration is usually paired with a heating or air conditioning tune-up rather than sold on its own, and it's checked as part of every maintenance agreement visit. Houses that added a ductless mini-split to a room without central return air need a different approach, and TCS can walk through the options for that room specifically.
Everything else the company handles is on the services page, and a straightforward way to start is to get in touch and describe what's happening in the house.
